Mint

The Mint COOLHOUSE has a space-efficient T-shape design ideal for a family friendly holiday home, and perfectly suited for smaller building platforms and sections. The design offers multiple options for decking, with a seamless indoor-outdoor flow through floor-to-ceiling doors. An open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the Mint COOLOUSE stands out as one of the most sought-after COOLHOUSE designs.

Boatshed

The Boatshed features two sheds that are joined by a central outdoor living area. One shed is for living with kitchen, dining, lounge and laundry, and one is for sleeping with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The outdoor living room has a covered roof that can be separated from the outdoor dining area with sliding doors.

Double Mint - New Design

Utilising the modular aspect of Coolhouse, the Double Decker is a Mint two bedroom design, with an additional two bedrooms on a second story.

Cliffhanger

The Cliffhanger is the largest of the Coolhouses. Designed for steep slopes with an extra spacious living area to maximise views. There are multiple options for outdoor areas to accommodate sun, wind and views. If you are without a cliff, the ground floor design can be simply amended for flat sites.

Master - Passive Certified

The Master COOLHOUSE has a spacious, linear floor plan. It offers three or four bedrooms, and features an open-plan kitchen-dining-living, two bathrooms, laundry and a study. Stretching across a generous 27.8 meters, its floor-to-ceiling APL windows span nearly the entire length of one side creating seamless indoor-outdoor living.

Box

The Box COOLHOUSE represents our introductory-level design. It provides either two or three well-proportioned bedrooms, each equipped with built-in wardrobes. Complementing these bedrooms is an expansive open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, alongside two bathrooms and a compact laundry space. Through the incorporation of full-length sliding glass walls, the boundary between the interior and exterior seamlessly blurs, permitting easy access from both the living quarters and bedrooms to the deck, thereby inviting you to immerse in the surroundings. Further enhancing security and property preservation, the incorporation of shutters enables the complete enclosure of the residence.

Crib

Compact with no wasted space, the ideal solution for a granny flat or secondary dwelling. Features full height sliding doors the disappear into cavities opening the living and bedroom to seamless access to the oversized 30m² deck.

Mini

With just 30m² of internal floor area and up to 30m² of deck, the Mini’s pillarless corner design allows the internal space to completely open up. Ideal for a separate office space or additional bedroom.

Granny
